Before submitting a F.A.Q thread, please remember to:

- Check if your F.A.Q. hasen't been answered already. There is an index thread of all posted F.A.Q. questions & answers.
- Make sure that your F.A.Q. question is board-related and not welding-related. If oyu own a ProBoard message board, please visit the ProBoards Official Support Board to get support for your PB message board.
- Do not submit any F.A.Q. that are self-explainatory or re-post the already exisiting ones.
- Be as descriptive as possible when compiling your F.A.Q. and its answer. Include as many information about the given issue as possible.
- If using external links in your F.A.Q.'s, make sure that the website you're linking to is safe and harmless. If it is not, find a safe and secure website that contains the same information.
- For support-only related threads, make sure you mark your support topic with a [Support] prefix in its title. In the support topic itself, please be as descriptive as possible about the problem that's occuring when visiting TWB from your desktop computer/laptop/smartphone/tablet.
This will help ensure that the board F.A.Q. & Support section grows and offers as much information about TWB as possible.
